Tease: Coming up in ___________ minutes, what a CNN contributor did on a Zoom call that got him suspended

Jeffrey Toobin, a legal analyst for the New Yorker and CNN, has been suspended after he exposed himself to colleagues on a Zoom Call. In a statement to Vice the renowned reporter said, “I made an embarrassingly stupid mistake, believing I was off camera. I thought no one on the Zoom call could see me. I thought I had muted the Zoom video.” Turns out there is a downside to letting some people work from home. (Additional out) Rookie mistake, the mute button’s for audio, you have to hit the stop video button if you want to get nude mid-meeting.

Tease: In ______ minutes, when to watch this week’s Orionid meteor shower

The Orionid meteor shower will peak in the early morning hours tomorrow. You can expect up to 20 meteors per hour streaking across the sky as remnants of Halley’s Comet create a dazzling display in Earth’s atmosphere. What makes these showers distinct are the beautiful gas trails that stretch out for seconds. Not unlike Grandpa as he crosses the living room. (Additional out) But not distinct enough to make me wake up at 1am on a Wednesday.

Tease: Coming up at _____, the commission on Presidential debates makes some changes ahead of Thursday’s debate

The commission on Presidential debates plans to mute Trump and Biden’s microphones during their opponent’s initial responses. After a unanimous vote Monday, the commission hopes the decision will make this Thursday’s debate between the two Presidential candidates more civil. I say spice it up and use one of those Nickelodeon slime-buckets every time one interrupts. (Additional out) If that doesn’t work they’ll be asked to stand in the corner for two minutes and think about what they’ve done.
