Post Malone won the most coveted prize, top artist, while Eilish took home multiple awards including top female artist. Garth Brooks received the icon award and performed a medley of his greatest hits. Thankfully skipping over the Chris Gaines era. James Hobson has officially created our first real lightsaber. James is the man behind the Hacksmith, a YouTube channel that attempts to recreate weapons and tech from movies. The homemade lightsaber is plasma based, powered by a mixture of propane and oxygen and can reach 4,000 degrees and burn through a solid metal door. It’s good to see people putting their vast knowledge of science to work solving the real issues. (Additional out) Or hundreds of storm troopers who attack you one at a time.

The research provides further evidence that blood type plays a role in a person’s susceptibility to infection. However, experts say that more research is needed. All of this would mean something to me if I had any idea what my blood type is. (Additional out) Unfortunately, thanks to my lifestyle choices during the pandemic my blood type is Merlot.

Showtime is bringing back ‘Dexter.’ The network announced it will produce a 10-episode limited series with Michael C. Hall reprising his role as everyone’s favorite serial killer. ‘Dexter’ aired from 2006 to 2013 and starred Hall as a blood-spatter expert by day and serial killer by night who only murdered bad people. The reboot will premiere in the fall of 2021. Roughly the same time the Top Gun movie we were promised six months ago comes out. (Additional Out) If you haven’t seen it, basically Dexter is like Batman if he traded the suit for an apron and started cutting people into small pieces.
