24/7 Monitoring: Our team of broadcast engineers monitor your entire audio chain 24/7/365 to provide error reports and alerts, configure and, if necessary, reboot equipment. To receive this service all equipment must be remotely accessible or it will need to be modified, upgraded or replaced. 

On-Call Support: 24/7/365 off-air emergency on-call support and non-emergency on-call support during normal business hours. Business hours are 9am to 5pm Central Standard Time weekdays.

Market Visits: Our 24/7 Engineering clients also get monthly or quarterly market visits depending on their needs. Market visits last two days and the client covers travel expenses.

Equipment Sales: Through our partnerships we can get virtually all radio broadcast equipment at or below list price, with even deeper discounts for bulk orders. Plus, our team of engineers can pre-configure or modify equipment, if necessary, before shipping.

One-Time Projects: There is no radio project too big for us to handle. We do custom studio builds, transmitter site and tower installations, centralized network automation and more.
