Netflix has removed ‘Chappelle Show’ from their service at Dave Chappelle’s request. The comedian opened up about the move he requested in an Instagram video where he acknowledged that the contract he signed with ViacomCBS allows for his show to stream without additional payment to him. He takes issue with that approach and asked the streaming service he’s partnered with on all of his recent comedy specials to remove it and Netflix complied. Just goes to show you the power of social media when you’re famous and hilarious.
