Tease: Coming up in ___________ minutes, this billionaire fished in the company pond

The Microsoft board investigated Bill Gates over an alleged affair with an employee. A new report in the Wall Street Journal unearthed details on Gate’s 2020 resignation from Microsoft’s board of directors after the board hired a law firm to look into a romantic relationship he had with a Microsoft engineer for years. And while that doesn’t disqualify you from politics anymore, it does get you thrown off the board of a major company. (Additional Out) Perfectly setting up my next prediction, Melinda Gates and A-Rod.

Tease: In ______ minutes, we have a new Miss Universe

Miss Mexico Andrea Meza was crowned Miss Universe at the 69th annual pageant. In an Instagram post she wrote ‘Mexico this is for you’ alongside a video of her after the win was announced. Meza beat 73 other women including runner up Miss Brazil and second runner-up Miss Peru. Which I think means Meza will now rule over the universe for the next 12 months. (Additional Out) The event was co-hosted by Olivia Culpo and Mario Lopez, that guy from Saved By The Bell that never ages.

Tease: Coming up at _____, last night’s big winners at the MTV awards

WandaVision and To All the Boys: Always and Forever took home the top honors at last night’s MTV Movie and TV Awards. SNL alum Leslie Jones hosted the event with Snoop Dogg serving as the DJ. Sacha Baron Cohen won the Comedic Genius Award and Scarlett Johansson was honored with the Generation Award. For the countless number of roles where she’s played the exact same character. (Additional out) Cohen accepted his award as several of his iconic characters, one of which is funny.

Tease: In _____ minutes, the tiger has been found

The search for a tiger that went missing in Houston is finally over. Police said India, a 9-month-old-male tiger, ‘appears to be in very good health’ and is now headed to a Texas sanctuary. Police Commander Ron Borza reiterated that its illegal to house a tiger within Houston’s city limits, adding ‘that animal can get to 600 pounds. It Still had his claws and it could do a lot of damage if it decided to.’ That’s why you should only own one if you’re a pretend country singer from Oklahoma with zero training or that lady that definitely murdered her ex-husband. (Additional out). Because as a general rule you shouldn’t own a pet that will murder you the second you forget to feed it.

Phone Topic/Web Poll: Last night 60 Minutes aired a wild segment about UFOs where they spoke to several Navy pilots who’ve encountered them. In it they aired multiple videos of the unidentified flying objects pilots have captured over the past twenty years. What do you think, what are these strange images captured by pilots? Are they simply light reflections, Russian or Chinese spy planes, something our own government secretly created or are they alien spacecrafts?

Contest Tease: Contest Tease: Coming up at _____________, what percentage of American men think they could take this animal in a fight? The correct answer wins ________.

[Contest setup] A YouGov America poll asked the question all men have asked themselves at some point, what animal could you take in a fight. According to the results, what percentage of American men think they could take a grizzly bear in a fight?

A: 4%

B: 6%

C: 8%

Answer: B, 6% of men legitimately think they could take a Grizzly bear, which mind you weigh upwards of 700 pounds, in a straight up fight. I’m pretty sure Logan and Jake Paul are in that 6% and that’s definitely a pay-per-view I’d pay for.
