Ohio Governor Mike DeWine said the state would give five people $1 million each for getting vaccinated. Yesterday he announced a five-week lottery-style drawing for vaccinated Ohioans as a way to encourage vaccinations there. The first drawing will take place on May 26th. Other states have offered incentives to get vaccinated but this is the biggest payout so far. So now everyone in Ohio that hasn’t gotten a shot has a million reasons to do so.
