Ohio Governor Mike DeWine said the state would give five people $1 million each for getting vaccinated. Yesterday he announced a five-week lottery-style drawing for vaccinated Ohioans as a way to encourage vaccinations there. The first drawing will take place on May 26th. Other states have offered incentives to get vaccinated but this is the biggest payout so far. So now everyone in Ohio that hasn’t gotten a shot has a million reasons to do so. (Additional Out) I’m sure it will work because according to my rich, creepy uncle people will do virtually anything for a million dollars.

Conor McGregor tops Forbe’s sport rich list for 2021. Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Cowboys QB Dak Prescott rounded out the top 4. Because Jerry Jones was too dumb to sign him two years ago. (Additional Out) A football player and two guys that play what the rest of the world calls football.

Ellen has won 64 daytime Emmy Awards in her 18 seasons on-air. Providing nearly two decades of entertainment for people staying at home pretending to be sick. (Additional out) Plus, she pulled roughly a thousand pranks on staff members who secretly hate her.

Tease: In _____ minutes, this cryptocurrency dropped 12% after one tweet

Bitcoin plunged 12% after Elon Musk tweeted that Tesla would not accept it as payment. The Tesla CEO said his company was suspending plans to accept bitcoin as payment for electric vehicles. Musk cited bitcoin’s high environmental cost as the reason for the move after months of being bullish on it. If none of those words mean anything to you, ask your 20-year-old nephew who’s driving a Ferrari now.
