Tease: Coming up in ___________ minutes, are digital vaccine passports coming in the US?

The Biden administration is developing digital vaccine passports. Multiple government agencies are currently working to develop a system for people to prove they’ve been vaccinated against Covid-19. This type of system will play a role in many aspects of life, including potentially the workforce. These digital credentials could be shown in order to enter concerts, stadiums, movie theaters, offices or even countries. You had me at concerts but lost me at offices. (Additional Out) I’m in on anything that keeps me from having to get an anal swab.

Tease: In ______ minutes, which four teams Vegas thinks will make the final four

Gonzaga, Baylor, Michigan and Houston are the four teams Vegas thinks will make it to the NCAA men's final four. Over the weekend the sweet 16 narrowed down to the elite 8. Oddsmakers give Gonzaga the best chance of winning it all. So far no opponent in the tournament has finished within 16 points of the Bulldogs. But all I have to do to make sure they lose is put money on them. (Additional out) Is it too late to revise your bracket completely? Asking for a friend.

Tease: Coming up at _____, a good sign for the ship stuck in the Suez canal

The giant container ship that got wedged in the Suez Canal six days ago is partially afloat again. The rear of the Ever Given was freed from one of the canal’s banks, raising hopes that traffic can resume again. Economists estimate the canal blockage has cost global trade nearly 10 billion in losses. And I’m assuming one boat captain’s job. (Additional out) Here’s a thought, maybe we shouldn’t make 200,000 ton, 1,312 ft ships that sail through narrow passage-ways.

Tease: In _____ minutes, what Lil Nas X put in a shoe that has people calling for a Nike boycott

Lil Nas X released Nike ‘Satan Shoes’ that contain a drop of blood. As you can imagine, people are calling for a Nike boycott on the internet, despite the fact that the custom sneakers are not an official Nike release and the company denies any connection. The 21-year-old rapper who gained fame when ‘Old Town Road’ went viral has sparked outrage with his custom Nike Air Max 97s filled with demonic imagery and a drop of human blood. 666 pairs will be sold for $1,018 each and include an inverted cross and an engraved bronze pentagram. Plus, I assume they burst into flames if you walk into a church. (Additional out) Cue the lawsuit from Nike in 3, 2, 1.

Phone Topic/Web Poll: Saturday Night Live attempted to explain the NFT phenomenon through an Eminem rap parody. NFT’s, or non-fungible tokens,  have recently taken the art world by storm, with some selling for millions of dollars. Do you know what an NFT is and can you explain it using words a radio DJ would understand?
