The Supreme Court ruled in favor of the cheerleader who sent profane Snapchat messages. The nations highest court said that the Pennsylvania high school violated the student’s first amendment rights when it punished her for the curse words she used in Snapchat messages she sent while off campus. It also ruled that the other kids who screenshot it and ratted on her were basic. (Additional Out) A big win for disgruntled, f-bomb dropping cheerleaders everywhere.

At least one person is dead and ten others wounded after a building partially collapsed in Surfside, Florida. More than 80 rescue units responded to the location after the collapse early this morning. Video from the scene shows huge piles of rubble near the damaged condo building. The city’s mayor Charles W. Burkett told CNN ‘This is a horrific catastrophe. In the US buildings just don’t fall down.’ Seems a little quick to be passing the buck when you’re in charge of the town where the building just fell. Netflix is releasing ‘Sexy Beasts’ quite possibly the weirdest dating show ever. The upcoming reality show follows single people in search of their soulmate. But, to make sure they’re focusing on personality rather than looks, they both are decked out in high-quality prosthetics to look like colorful animals, aliens or sea creatures. Basically, its like dropping acid and watching the Bachelor. (Additional Out) So essentially its like speed dating at a furry convention.

A company is offering balloon trips to the edge of space for $125,000 each. But you’re not paying six figures to reach the top of our atmosphere in a wicker basket. The Florida based company plans to use a high-tech version of a hot air balloon, with a pilot and up to eight travelers riding in a pressurized capsule suspended from an enormous blimp. What could possibly go wrong? (Additional out) 125k to ride in an experimental space blimp, count me in.

The hearing yesterday focused on the court-ordered conservatorship that has been in place for nearly 13 years. The pop icon said ‘This conservatorship is abusive’ adding ‘I want my life back. She claims her father forced her to perform, gave her no privacy, made her use birth control and take medication like lithium against her will. What do you think, should the court free Britney and end the conservatorship?
