According to the organization there were a record 8.1 million job openings in the US in March 2021 and about half as many available workers across the country as there have been over the past 20 years. Hailey was just hanging out at home in California on Memorial Day when she noticed her dogs barking at something in the yard. That something turned out to be a bear and her cubs on their fence. In the video Hailey can be seen rushing over, pushing the bear off the wall, grabbing one of the pups and leading the rest back into the house.
