Tease: Coming up in ___________ minutes, some of the 143 people pardoned or commuted yesterday

Steve Bannon, Elliot Broidy and Lil’ Wayne were a few of the 143 people Trump pardoned or commuted the sentences of yesterday. This morning the White House released the full list of names during Trump’s final hours in office. Steve Bannon was the President’s former chief strategist and Elliot Broidy was a top fundraiser. In addition to pardoning rapper Lil’ Wayne, Trump also commuted the sentence of rapper Kodak Black. So, I guess the lesson is, if you want to get pardoned work in the White House or learn to rap. (Additional out) I’m ok with this as long as they all have to live in the same house for a month and we can film it for a reality show.

Tease: In ______ minutes, we’ve passed another grim Covid milestone

More than 400,000 Americans have died from Covid-19. That’s almost more than the number of Americans who died in World War II. US officials say they need more vaccine doses to slow the deaths and illnesses. Limited supply is also an issue in Canada. Pfizer told Canada it would not receive any vaccine doses next week due to manufacturing disruptions, leading to frustration and anger among officials there. But keep in mind, Canadian anger is a little different than American anger, and typically they apologize immediately after. (Additional out) Bad news for the millions of Americans who threatened to move there after the election.

Tease: Coming up at _____, this infamous Bachelorette couple calls it quits

Clare Crawley and Dale Moss have split. Dale confirmed the news on Instagram yesterday calling it, “the healthiest decision for both of us at this time.” Contestant Spencer Robertson asked Clare out literally seconds after the split became public. Bachelorette fans were shocked when Clare chose Dale just weeks into the season, forcing the show to cast Tayshia Adams as the new lead. I guess going on national TV and immediately agreeing to marry someone isn’t the best way to find love after all. (Additional out) I say bring Clare back for a follow up season and let her pick through the scraps of the guys Tayshia sent packing.

In a related story Redbox still exists somehow. (Additional Out) Thanks to Tiger King and a global pandemic.
