Over the weekend Trump’s impeachment defense collapsed with a little more than a week to go before trial, but he announced two new lawyers this morning. Trump and his team disagreed over what arguments to make at trial, he wanted to focus on election fraud rather than the constitutionality of convicting a former president. Something tells me there are a lot of lawyers around DC not answering their phone today.
