Tease: Coming up in ___________ minutes, Trump's lawyer catches Covid

Rudy Giuliana has tested positive for coronavirus. The news was announced by Trump on Twitter and later confirmed by a tweet from Giuliani. Following the diagnosis Trump’s lawyer has entered Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington. Giuliani, who is 76 years old, has repeatedly appeared in public without a mask at numerous recent public appearances. It’s been a rough year for America’s mayor between this, that scene in Borat and the opening skit on SNL Saturday mocking his recent public flatulence. (Additional out) Including at the hearing he farted at last week.

Tease: In ______ minutes, I’ll tell you who YouTuber Logan Paul will fight

Logan Paul will fight Floyd Mayweather on February 20th. The YouTuber, who’s brother Jake Paul recently made headlines by knocking out an ex-NBA star in an exhibition fight, has agreed to get in the ring with retired boxing champion Floyd Maywether Jr. Mayweather has an undefeated record of 50 and 0 and is considered one of the greatest boxers of all time. Logan Paul has fought twice before, scoring a draw and a loss to vlogger and rapper KSI. But he’s also well aware millions of people will pay fifty bucks to watch him get beat up. (Additional Out) So Paul has roughly the same odds I do of beating Michael Jordan in a game of HORSE.

Tease: Coming up at _____, how Australia plans to count Koalas

Drones, acoustic surveys, droppings and detector dogs. That’s what Australia plans to use to do their first koala count in years. The country allots millions to koala conservation and their last count was done in 2012. This year’s count of the cute marsupials will be more high-tech though adding heat seeking drones and analyzing koala droppings to figure out a more accurate number. That’s one meeting you don’t want to be late to or you’ll end up on koala poo duty. (Additional out) Which has to be kind of odd for the koalas, ‘Why are those nerds running around collecting all of our poops?”

Tease: In _____ minutes, yesterday’s bench clearing brawl

The Bengals-Dolphins game led to a huge brawl yesterday that some are calling the fight of the year in the NFL. The trouble started after a late hit on Dolphins punt returner Jakeem Grant by Bengals wide receiver Mike Thomas. The bench clearing brawl almost involved Dolphins Head Coach Brian Flores who shouted at officials as he was trying to enter the fight. But he kept his mask on so they probably won’t fine him. (Additional Out) I, for one, applaud Miami’s effort to make a Bengals game watchable.

Phone Topic/Web Poll: A California man fought off a 350-pound bear to save his dog Buddy. Kaleb Benham told CBS Sacramento the only thing going through his mind was that he needed to save his baby. A few weeks ago a Florida man dove into the water to save his dog from an alligator. What do you think, what animal could you take in a fight to save your dog?
