Tease: Coming up in ___________ minutes, a few of the people Trump just pardoned

Trump just pardoned two more people who pleaded guilty in the special counsel’s Russia inquiry including Papadopoulos. He also pardoned former lawmakers Duncan Hunter and Chris Collins, plus four Blackwater guards convicted with the killing of Iraqi citizens. With less than thirty days left in his presidency Trump issued 20 more pardons and commutations. So, in other words, the Tiger King’s pardon window is closing rapidly. (Additional out) Seems like an outdated part of our justice system, if you do the crime you do the time, unless you know the President.

Tease: In ______ minutes, the NBA season kicked off last night, here’s who the sports books pick to win it all

The Lakers are odds on favorites to win the NBA championship. Sportsbooks predict Team LeBron will repeat in 2021. The Bucks, Nets and Clippers round out the top four. Last night the new NBA season kicked off just a few months after last season ended. This time it isn’t in a bubble, but they still have the anonymous tip line for players to report violations of safety protocols. So at least they kept the infamous snitch line. (Additional out) Also referred to as the Chris Paul hotline.

Tease: Coming up at _____, this 9-year-old earned $29.5 million this year

Ryan Kaji earned $29.5 million this year with his YouTube channel “Ryan’s World”. The 9-year-old just topped Forbes’ list of highest paid YouTube stars yet again. Ryan has racked up 12.2 billion views and 41.7 million subscribers on YouTube. The bulk of his revenue comes from licensing deals for more than 5,000 products. It’s got to be hard to get your kid to clean his room when he raked in nearly 30 mil this year. (Additional out) Kind of makes my 9-year-old nephew’s lemonade stand seem kind of lame.

Tease: In _____ minutes, when you can see the Christmas star again

In case you missed it, the Christmas Star will be visible in the sky again tonight and over the next few days at twilight. The ‘Christmas Star’ or ‘Bethlehem Star’ are caused by the great conjunction, with Jupiter and Saturn coming closer together than they have been in 400 years. Which has to be awkward because Jupiter never called Saturn back after the last time they conjoined. (Additional Out) Basically, the exact opposite of the human race.
