10 new Star Wars projects are coming to Disney+. The company announced dozens of new movies and shows that will hit their streaming service over the next few years including the ten Star Wars projects. Some of those include an Obi-Wan Kenobi prequel show and a Mandalorian spin-off featuring Rosario Dawson. I’m in, provided they all feature Baby Yoda. (Additional out) Fingers crossed none of them include Jar Jar Binks.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have been named TIME Magazine’s Person of the Year for 2020. TIME’s editor-in-chief said they were chosen for “showing that the forces of empathy are greater than the furies of division.” Korean pop group BTS was named Entertainer of the Year and NBA star LeBron James was TIME’s Athlete of the Year. TIME’s Worst Person of the Year award went to the first guy who decided to hoard toilet paper. (Additional out) No word on if there’ll be a recount.

SpaceX will put humans on Mars by the year 2026 according to founder Elon Musk. The second richest man on planet Earth claims SpaceX will have boots on the ground on the red planet in less than six years and he plans to send an uncrewed vehicle to Mars within two years. That’s great, because I’m pretty sure this planet hates us. (Additional out) It’s always a good idea to make bold claims a few days after one of your rockets explodes.

The FDA has given emergency approval to the first non-prescription home Covid-19 test. Anyone 18 or older can purchase the Lab-Corp Pixel Covid-19 home testing kit for $120 and take their own nasal samples at home. Then you ship the swab to Lab-Corp for testing and they notify you with the results. Good news for those of us who don’t play professional sports or hold public office.
