Tease: Coming up in ___________ minutes, who will pay for the Democrats new spending bill

A tax on billionaires and a 15% corporate minimum tax are how Senate Democrats plan to pay for Biden’s domestic spending plan. The president is pushing for an agreement before he departs for global summits later this week. Now at 1.75 trillion, half of it’s original size, Democrats say they’re edging closer to satisfying their most reluctant colleagues. In other words, they’ve wined and dined Joe Manchin enough. (Additional Out) Which is good because this is two weeks past boring.

Tease: In ______ minutes, missing hiker ghosts rescuers

A missing hiker ignored calls from rescuers because it was an unknown number. Lake County Colorado Search and Rescue says they got a report recently that a hiker hadn’t returned from a hike on Mount Elbert. Rescuers tried to call his cell phone multiple times, but were unable to reach hm. LCSAR took to their Facebook page to remind people to answer their phone if they’re lost. But if you’re ‘stranded’ with a working cell phone you’re clearly not playing with a full deck to begin with. (Additional Out) Die alone in the woods or talk to someone about my cars extended warranty? That is a tough one.

Tease: Coming up at _____, the Braves chance of winning the world series after taking game one

The Braves have a 66% chance of winning the World Series after they defeated the Astros 6 to 2 in game one. Two home runs in the third by Jorge Soler and Adam Duvall opened up a 5 nothing lead that they never relinquished. Game two is tonight in Houston. Which typically gives them a home, sign stealing advantage. (Additional out) A city known for three things, gentleman’s clubs, humidity and the Astros.

Tease: In _____ minutes, this Halloween’s most popular costumes for kids

Witches top the list of 2021’s most popular Halloween costumes. Google released their trends list ranking the most popular kid’s costumes ahead of the holiday. Witch costumes are followed by rabbit, dinosaur, Spider-Man, Cruella de Vil, fairy and Harley Quinn, cowboy, clown and Chucky. Basically, the most popular adult costumes are the same just add the word sexy in front of it. (Additional out) There’s zero chance I’d let my kid dress up as Chucky, I wouldn’t sleep for weeks.
