As the celebration outside Staples Center dragged on LAPD had to send in mounted police and officers in riot gear to disperse the crowd with beanbag rounds and rubber bullets. I never understood why fans riot after a win instead of a loss. (Additional out) You would think that the game being played in a bubble would give people a hint about why they shouldn’t gather in a large crowd.
